Regulatory Compliance
ScoreHub is a product of FREESKY INNOVATIONS, a fully registered Zambian entity. We operate in strict accordance with the following national frameworks:
- ZPPA Registration: No. 131563 (Supplier of Computer Services & Software)
- Data Protection: Compliant with the Zambian Data Protection Act No. 3 of 2021.
- Procurement: Authorized under the Public Procurement Act No. 8 of 2020.
Terms of Service
By utilizing ScoreHub, your institution enters into a service agreement with FREESKY INNOVATIONS.
1. Subscription Model
ScoreHub is provided on a subscription basis at a rate of K1.00 per student per term. Access is granted upon confirmation of payment or a valid government purchase order.
2. Data Ownership
The School remains the sole Data Controller of all student and academic records. ScoreHub acts as the Data Processor. We do not claim ownership over any school data entered into the system.
3. Service Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime. Maintenance windows will be communicated to school administrators 48 hours in advance to avoid disruption during grading periods.
Privacy & Data Protection
In compliance with the Zambian Data Protection Act (2021), we implement high-level encryption for student "Sensitive Personal Data."
1. Data Security
All academic records, marks, and personal identifiers are encrypted at rest and in transit. We utilize administrative and technical safeguards to prevent unauthorized access.
2. Disclosure Policy
We never sell or share student data with third-party advertisers. Data is only disclosed when required by the Ministry of Education or via legal court order.
3. Right to Erasure
In accordance with the law, schools may request the permanent deletion of their data archives upon contract termination, provided all statutory academic record-keeping requirements are met.
